**Main Job Responsibilities**
- Calculate and determine materials needed based on the drawing, go through all tender documents and prepare quotations accordingly.
- Prepare cost and materials estimates, draw up projected budgets, identify any changes and update team accordingly.
- Keep track of the current progress of on-going projects including timely delivery and update BD team.
- Perform administrative support, including preparing quotation, data entry and maintenance of data in our system.
- Liaise with team and customers on orders, price and product availability.
- Liaise with customers on requests and meet customers’ expectations.
- Undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field1 - 2 years of experience in related field

**Working Hours**:
**Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:30pm Saturday (Alternate) - 8:00 am to 12:00pm**

**Salary**: Up to RM3,700.00 per month

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)
