5.1. Supervise work and coordinate with Site Operation Department.

5.2. Communicate and liaise with sub-contractors and teammates.

5.3. Conduct effective communication with Agents and Customers.

5.4. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of site, kitchen, store and other areas. Perform general cleaning duties for all teammates.

5.5. Prepare Purchase Requisition for sourced items.

5.6. Monitor site expenses and purchases against budget.

5.7. Propose new process to management to improve the service quality.

5.8. Delegate work responsibilities to subordinates.

5.9. Responsible for Ceremonial service and general support including:
5.9.1. Oversee ceremonial and ensure the smooth running of all the services we provided

5.9.2. Standardize all procedures like check-ins, An Ling, Bone Picking and others.

5.9.3. Equip with knowledge in term of ceremonial service inclusive of Chanting, check-in, Bone Picking, An Ling, Zuo Qi and others.

5.9.4. Assist customer for all the prayer service such as An Ling, Zuo Qi, Chanting and others;
5.9.5. Assign duties of the service for the day.

5.9.6. Ensure all payment collected for all services we provided such as Check-in, An Ling, Zuo Qi and others.

5.9.7. Ensure all the lights are turned off and doors are locked by the end of the day.

5.10. Responsible for Site Development and Maintenance (Facilities and project):
5.10.1. Manage building maintenance activities;
5.10.2. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility;
5.10.3. Perform preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run such as Alarm system, Air-cond, Lift, Burning Cage and others;
5.10.4. Ensure adequate safety precautions on site;
5.10.5. Resolve all site issues and timely completion of the assigned project;
5.10.6. Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning;
5.10.7. Keep track of service contracts to ensure smooth operations and conduct contract evaluation for all suppliers and vendors;
5.10.8. Perform sourcing of vendors for purchases or repairs;
5.10.9. Respond quickly to any emergencies.

5.11. Responsible for Operation Support (Service counter, kitchen, driver and store):
5.11.1. Carry out morning routine after the first round done by duty officer;
5.11.2. Ensure all the services are updated corrected in the calendar;
5.11.3. Resolve customer’s requests, questions and complaints;
5.11.4. Equip with knowledge in customer service and provides valuable service to customers;
5.11.5. Ensure all utensils and equipment is in good working conditions;
5.11.6. Ensure the food is prepared to the higher standard;
5.11.7. Ensure the number of pax for the buffets of site tours or training and offering items;
5.11.8. Control the wastage of food or ingredients;
5.11.9. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
5.11.10.Refurbish all faulty urns and;
5.11.11.Ensure all stock is recorded accurately by weekly checking and prepare stock report for audit review;
5.11.12.Manage car maintenance to ensure the vehicle is in good condition;
5.11.13.Assign driver to fetch VIP.

5.12. Any other duties as assigned by superior or management to you from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
