Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
**Recruitment Support**:

- Assist HR personnel in posting job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.

**Payroll Assistance**:

- Collect and verify employee timesheets for accuracy.
- Assist in entering payroll data into the payroll system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.

**HR Software Setup**:

- Help implement and set up new HR software systems.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of HR software.

**Documentation and Database Management**:

- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
- Update and manage the HR database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

**General HR Tasks**:

- Assist in the administration and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **(English / Mandarin bonus)**:

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Student job

Pay: RM10.00 - RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
