**JOB SCOPE**
- Providing corporate secretarial and administrative support to a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Preparing and reviewing board resolutions, minutes of general meeting and other corporate notices and documents
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns
- Assist with other general corporate secretarial and administrative duties assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- English is a necessary language, while Mandarin is a plus.(Although it is a plus, this criterion is not a need.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Work Location: Penang

**QUALITIES**
- Strong written, communication & interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, able to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to learn
- Possess good interpersonal skills & able to work in team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
