**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Compile data ( e.g. Balance Sheet, Income, Cashflow Statements, Notes to financials etc. ) available in financial reports (e.g. Annual, quarterly reports etc) into our database.
- Handle any financial and non-financial data input and ensure accuracy of released data information.
- Verify and cross-check information by comparing it to source documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Efficiently manage and organise records and files while preparing relevant daily reports
- Provide general data entry support across various teams on an ad-hoc basic
- Assisting in providing and amending information upon customer’s request.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
- Fast typing skills: Knowledge of the touch-typing system is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc) is a must
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, and good analytical skills
- Good command of both spoken & written English.
- Added advantage to those who familiar with accounting software (MILLION Accounting)
