**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing, monitoring and control of shipment arrangement with suppliers.
- Ensure of on time delivery.
- To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately.
- To review and ensure all purchases are compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Compiling monthly/ weekly report, e.g. purchase and cost saving, supplier delivery performance.
- Assist to initiate, develop and implementation of department procedures.
- Maintaining proper documents control and filling system.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma or equivalent and have 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- Pleasant character, resourceful and able to work with sincerity on own initiative.
- Able to work under challenging and fast
- paced environment.
- Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
