We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an NPI Officer. As an NPI Officer, you will play a crucial role in the successful introduction of new products, working closely with suppliers and project engineers to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from development to production. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with suppliers and project engineers to develop new parts concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient product launches.
- Raise orders to inform suppliers of delivery dates and quantities required for each build stage, facilitating a smooth production process.
- Coordinate the packaging of golden samples and obtain approval for Start of Production (SOP) builds, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with tooling development teams to meet the requirements of each build stage, ensuring optimal tooling performance.
- Publish the bill of materials to relevant suppliers and internal supply chain stakeholders, providing accurate and up-to-date information for production planning and execution.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and streamline NPI processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to address any challenges or issues that arise during the NPI process.
- Ensure all documentation related to NPI activities is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for reference and audit purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers, project engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with suppliers and attend project meetings.
