**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organisation. You will be responsible for managing the centre's operations while spearheading marketing efforts to drive business growth and expansion. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Centre Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation, to maintain a high-performing team.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and expense control, to achieve profitability targets.

**Business Development**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to increase revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products and services that meet market demands.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract target customers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations and advertisements, to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, centre management and marketing roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
