Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Superior & Directors, the full-time Administration will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the efficient running of the company’s operations and ensuring profit and sales target are achieved through formulation and execution of appropriate marketing strategies and sales activities. 2. Responsible for the preparation of business plan and constantly formulating strategies and action plans to increase company’s sales. 3. Responsible to identify new business opportunities through the establishment of contacts, socializing and networking with business people. 4. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating all office operation processes to ensure the company operates successfully and to make recommendation to Management where applicable for continuous improvement of the system. 5. Responsible for managing a team of driver and other staffs, to provide guidance and to identify development needs of the staff and to manage resources effectively to produce optimum output. 6. Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationship with office and corporate clients, government agencies, financiers, insures and suppliers. 7. Responsible maintain proper customer database and to enhance customer retention program and to ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing customer’s queries and complaints promptly and appropriately. 8. Responsible to prepare necessary reports and providing Management with feedback and proposals. To Ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted on a timely basis. 9. Responsible to communicate arising matters to relevant personnel and to liaise with the Management for reference on any operation and services issues.
