Job Description: Business Administration

Overview:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business management, including but not limited to administrative tasks, financial management, human resources, and organizational planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

- Manage office operations, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both electronically and in hard copy.
- Arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.

Financial Management:

- Process invoices, payments.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.

Human Resources:

- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- A positive and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations is a plus.
- Fresh graduate/ No experience are welcome to join

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.45 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus
- Yearly bonus
