Responsibilities
  1. To assist Executives in daily administrative related duties such as processing customer's order
  2. To prepare documents, invoices, reports, filing and key in data
  3. To assist in providing excellent customer service
  4. To attend telephone inquiries
  5. Collecting payment & invoicing
  6. Compiling data and summarizing reports to be submitted to HQ
  7. Administration and ad hoc matters
Requirements
  1. Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin/Mass Communication or other related field
  2. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  3. Tactful, organized and able to multitask
  4. Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  5. Proactive and assertive
  6. Able to work overtime or during weekends (if required)
  7. Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
