Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at TIME's group. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Provide support to team members in administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate with internal and external clients or stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
