Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for supporting daily transactional accounting activities for timely month-end closing.

You will prepare journal entries, accounting schedules, and provide administrative support as needed.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • Significant experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong customer service and business skills are also necessary.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monthly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for day-to-day transactions.
  • Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time.
  • Update listings on receivables, payables, and all related accounts schedules.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision, handling tasks accurately and effectively.
