**Job Description**

Synergy Alliance is looking for an Executive Assistant to HR to support our HR team in managing the day-to-day operations of the department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources and 1-3 years of solid HR/Admin experience, particularly in recruitment activities. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, is required. Korean language skills would be an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and maintaining files.
  • Recruitment assistance: Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Benefits administration: Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries and resolving benefit-related issues.
