Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.

About the Role

The HR Manager will lead and manage Talent Acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent, oversee Performance Management, administer Compensation and Benefits reviews and implementation, supervise Payroll processing, and manage Employee Relations by fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage Talent Acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Oversee Performance Management, including the execution of performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer Compensation and Benefits reviews and implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Payroll Processing: Supervise Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Manage Employee Relations by fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide periodic HR reporting, including detailed monthly overviews of wage expenses, headcount analysis, recruitment metrics, and other key HR performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience with Infotech HRMS or similar HR management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to converse in Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills are an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, and ensuring Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
