About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at SupportFinity™. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, with experience in office administration and similar industries.

Main Duties
  1. Administer overall office operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
  3. Manage HR software systems, including Oracle or similar platforms, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration and HR functions, preferably in a highway maintenance or similar industry.
