Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and talent management.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to upskill our workforce.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consulting or marine engineering industry.
  • Strong HR knowledge, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality HR services.
  • Relevant HR certifications or qualifications would be an advantage.
