Taking minutes during meetings and preparing reports or presentations.

Conducting research and compiling information as needed.

Handling administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

Providing general support and assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of daily tasks.

Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirement

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or field, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professionalism in handling confidential information.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
