Position: Admin Executive

Industry: Tourism

Salary Package: RM 1,800 - RM 2,200

Working Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days: Monday to Friday (need to provide support whenever requested on weekends and public holidays)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
- Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
- Have the ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (bahasa malaysia & english), able to write, prepare letter and compile meeting minutes
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager
- Maintain proper recording of stock and inventory, ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday), when needed
- Schedule and organize department activities
- Track all documents for approval and signage
- Maintain office facilities as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Accept SPM holder who have at least 1-2 years of related experience
- Fresh Graduate (with relevant Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration) is welcomed
- Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
