**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and enhance customer value.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,814.96 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
