- Monitor, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators of workforce efficiency and effectiveness to the Management for the assigned Department/Division
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**Professional competencies**:

- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of HRBP experience at Management level within manufacturing environment
- Led culture change that resulted in improved productivity and organization effectiveness
- Facilitate dialogue and conflict resolution amongst all levels of employees (Operators to Management)
- Excellent communication, presentation and advisor on HR policies and procedures to all levels of employees (Operators to Management)
- Data-driven workforce planning and organization design for manufacturing environment
- Working experience outside HR function for at least 3 years is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Experience leading the Employee Relations (ER) function, including employee engagement initiatives would be advantageous.
- Project management experience involving multiple parties outside of HR is highly desirable.
