About the Role

Manage the Group IT/HK Purchase and Billing process. This includes closely monitoring of IT spend against budget for each function on PR/PO raised.

To provide clarity on PR/PO raised and goods received for billing to BU for better cashflow and recovery for Group Technology.
- PR/PO_
- _ Raising of PR/POs for AIA Shared Services Hong Kong/ ITM/ HK IT spending_
- _ Work with relevant stakeholders for complete information to raise PR/PO_
- _ Collaborate with vendors in timely manner for PO issued and follow up on invoicing against PO raised._
- _ Perform invoice reconciliation where necessary._
- _ Manage an effective communication with BU for direct billing._
- _ Work proactively with relevant stakeholders to perform goods receipt in a timely manner on Ariba for services/work completed._
- _ Ensure PR/PO raised is spent against the approved budget._
- _ Perform accrual during year end on services/goods completed for the year._
- _ Provide PR/PO reporting as needed._
- Process Improvement & Governance_
- _ Identify any PR/PO gaps and improve current practice._
- _ Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements._
- _ Accuracy of the PR/PO raised against approved budget._
- _ Provide periodic reporting on a timely manner on aging PR/PO_
- Able to communicate with internal team lead / Project Manager and cross functional team._

Able to develop rapport with responsible service providers but also able to deliver unfavorable messages
