- Good communication skills, fluent in Mandarin

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible to handle daily operations as follow:

- Able to handle Full Set Accounts.
- Issue Sales Confirmation, Invoice & Delivery Order to Customer
- Order goods from Oversea Supplier together with freight forwarding service provider until goods reached factory
- Handle issue of photostat machine, telephone line, computer, machinery etc..
- Attend to inbound & outbound phone calls
- Able to handle office admin work & any ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure office stationaries are equipped
