Personal Assistant to Group Managing Director

**What do you need to do**:
- Provide support to the Group Managing Director (GMD) and act as the primary liaison with various department, board of directors, outsider and etc
- Organize daily routine work such as scheduling, priotizing and confirming on meetings and appointments
- Execute full ranges of secretarial duties including preparation of private and confidential document, agenda, memorandum and minutes of meeting
- Maintain GMD's office system including data management & filing
- Conduct research, collect & analyze data to prepare reports and documentations for GMD
**What are we looking for**:
- Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience as Personal Assistant/ Secretary
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, possess good organization skill
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion a confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
- Possess good english writing and communication skill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
