**Job Summary**:
- As the regional Finance Manager, you will assist and support the HQ level to oversee and manage the daily routine of finance matters, including the review of key reports/documents to make sure they are following the accounting standards and other regulatory requirements as well as for good corporate governance controls.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the company’s regional financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Assess and evaluate the reasonableness of project budget estimation, including accruals and provision estimation, foreseeable loss impacts, LAD charges etc.
- Oversee and reviews the preparation and presentation of financial reports as well as the quarterly board papers, statements, and budgets to the management team and stakeholders and support management team at HQ level with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making.
- Provide necessary support and assistance in the preparation of annual reports and other statutory reports (i.e. audited accounts) of Naim group of companies.
- Involve in and/or provide necessary support to the HQ level in the review, revamp and revise the internal controls system, with the support from other departments.
- Manage and monitor the utilization and allocation of office and other facilities while managing cost controls.
- Monitor the management and handling of documentation flows, including storage of information/documents and documentation system implementation.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- To perform any other duties related to Finance matters as directed from time to time as required by your immediate superior of Naim Group.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or its equivalent.
- Professional qualification is an added advantage (ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to multitask - Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
