Store Admin Assistant

1. Manage the customer bank in transactions with customers (Cashier).
2. Issue the Cash Sales / Invoice / Stock Transfer at the system for customers, another outlet and another workshop.
3. Prepare the daily sales report and the cash flow report to Account Department.
4. Follow up the Accident claims cases. (liaise with Finance Company, Insurance Company, claimer & etc.)
5. Manage the stocks control, monthly stocks count.
6. Manage the stocks checking and receiving with the supplier.
7. Maintain & update the stocks at the system, and ensure item stock count is accurate.
8. Good communication and the responsibility with customers and HOD.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
- Bahasa Malaysia (required)
License/Certification:
