**Job Title**: Social Media Marketer Video Content Creator

Location: Remote. May travel, if necessary, especially to Singapore to work with the

founders

**Responsibilities**:

- Ideate, create, and produce compelling video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with influencers and vendors to coordinate content creation efforts and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Post and maintain active and engaging social media channels, including regular updates and interactions with followers.
- Develop strategies for viral and guerrilla marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Independently execute marketing strategies, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends and patterns in social media advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies into marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work (Instagram, TikTok etc).
- Has strong capability in social media video creation including post editing work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideaseffectively across various social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the realm of viral and guerrilla marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and metrics to inform marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem
- solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a drive to continuously improve and evolve marketing efforts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management tool (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques for social media content.
- Understanding of copyright laws and best practices for content creation an distribution.

Pay: RM1,881.49 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Creating Video Content: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with Influencers: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
