- Ensure timely, accurate and completeness of period end closing activities.
- Monitoring - AP reconciliation by monthly basic.
- Review creditors aging, ensure payment activities are on a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting material & update record as necessary.
- To liaise with sub-con driver and installer pertaining to account payable.
- To ensure completeness of account payable within a given due date.
- To ensure all suppliers' invoices captured before month-end closing.
- Ensure accurate transactions are properly recorded and posted to the correct GL codes.
- Assist with the annual Audit.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Requirements:

- **
- With 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Computer literate, MS EXCEL, MS WORD and MS POWER POINT.
- Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese is required).
- Highly initiative and committed to work.
- Able to take work pressure to meet deadline and multiple tasks.
- Good communication, good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning Shah Alam.
- Applicant should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
