Telemarketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing service information and answering inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- **Required language(s): Mandarin, English **(Good Written & Conversational Spoken), **Cantonese & Malay **(Conversational Spoken)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start immediately.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
