Production Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage production operations efficiently and effectively.
- To develop marketing strategies and sustain maximize growth with high profitability.
- Set up and implement successful internal control procedures and reporting system.
- Plan, implement and review the financial, marketing, operation and administrative policies and procedures of production.
- Provide high level of leadership to the management team in order to achieve excellent results in the overall operations.
- Responsible in handling and solving the day-to-day activities relating to customer complaints, product-related issues and any issues within the country's business regulations.
- Ensure all relevant production reports are procedure and maintained on an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to analyze the market and develop new effective programs to increase the profitability of the company.
- To analyze the market and propose the most suitable product distribution channel for the region.
- Recruit and maintain a qualified and dedicated team of staff to accomplish the objectives of the company.
- Prepare and submit a monthly report on the overall development of the production & market to the Managing Director.
- Responsible in formulating budgets, controlling of production expenditures and ensures all cash handled is fully accountable.
- To create a good inventory management system in the region.
- Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

- Required languages: Malay, English & Mandarin
- **Possess strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and good interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work independently.**:

- Pleasant personality and good presentation skills.
- **Good in planning.**:

- Willing to learn and adapt to the new environment.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
