1. Sales Performance and Showroom Operations 1.1 Plan and make every attempt possible to achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly Showroom Sales Targets. 1.2 Proactively monitoring showroom sales progress, perform analytical proposals to identify the needs or requirements to management and obtain sales support for your team. 1.3 Plan, organize, implement and monitor showrooms sales activities and promotion projects. 1.4 Participated in the monthly Sales and Marketing Meeting, reviewed sales results, shared challenges and proposed sales strategy. 1.5 Monitor and ensure Showroom daily sales orders and bank-in payments are in order. 1.6 Monitor and ensure Showroom products inventory and visual merchandising display are at the outmost fresh look / attractive looks. 1.7 Monitor and control the showroom display stock discrepancy to a mínimal level possible. 1.8 Obtain and update all the latest relevant market information thus providing information to the management accordingly. 1.9 Supervise and lead the team to ensure that all Showroom personnel comply with the company’s Standard Operation Procedures and system. 1.10 Attending and resolving customers’ complaints to avoid damage to the brand. 1.11 Ensure the showroom’s overall condition contributes to an excellent shopping experience for customers. Monitoring housekeeping quality, hygiene care and fresh air smells shall be promoted within showroom at all times. 1.12 PEST Control is required to be complied at the max controlled by expertise supplier at any time. 2 Budget Monitor and Control 2.1 Forecast yearly sales budget allocation for all relevant activities or projects. 2.2 Forecast yearly departmental budget allocation for overhead expenses such as travelling and accommodation, entertainment, stationary and other related expenses. 2.3 Discuss with Human Resources Department and forecast yearly budget allocation for Showroom/Outlet and employees training. 3 Leadership, Supervision and Delegation. 3.1 Ensure the monthly Duty Roster is submitted to the Human Resources Department as per deadline. 3.2 Lead, supervise and motivate the subordinates and maintain their highest level of disciplines. 3.3 Delegate tasks, responsibilities to the respective subordinates and make sure the tasks assigned are completed with satisfactory results. 3.4 Lead and supervise the subordinates to achieve targets set for showroom/Outlets. 3.5 Monitor and guide the subordinates’ monthly customer visitation reports and follow-up with their progress and action. 3.6 Monitor and control the subordinate’s monthly business expenses are within the budget allocated. 3.7 Review and assess the subordinates working performance by every quarter of the calendar year. Appraisal shall be done together with subordinate. 4. Feedback on Sales Development and Performance. 4.1 Provide analysis report based on individual showrooms/outlets performance by end of every calendar month. 4.2 Propose constructive suggestions for improvement to the Superior (Sales Development Manager) by the end of every calendar month. 4.3 Proactively involved with shop 5. Feedback on Subordinates Work Performance. 5.1 Provide a written report regarding the subordinates’ monthly sales achievement reports to the Superior by end of every calendar month. 5.2 Provide a written report concerning the subordinate’s working performance to the Superior by every quarter of the calendar year. 6. Company Projects. 6.1 Contribute and participate actively in company’s projects, promotion campaigns, road shows or activities.
