The position is part time or full time and will commensurate with the applicant’s experience and abilities

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute targeted social media strategies for healthcare clinics and an NGO foundation supporting the indigenous people of Malaysia, within a part-time schedule.

2. Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, optimizing engagement and brand awareness.

3. Implement strategic promotional campaigns to drive community engagement, patient outreach, and support for the NGO's initiatives, considering the part-time commitment.

4. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, maintaining content calendars, and responding to audience interactions, efficiently within the designated hours.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create impactful narratives highlighting the clinics' services and the NGO's positive impact on indigenous communities.

6. Monitor social media trends and utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the success of campaigns within the available part-time hours.

7. Develop and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify the clinics' and NGO's message, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in a part-time role.

8. Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms and promotional materials while adhering to the part-time schedule.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector and with NGOs.

2. Strong content creation skills tailored to diverse audiences, showcasing efficiency within a part-time capacity.

3. Knowledge of indigenous issues in Malaysia and a commitment to social responsibility.

4. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on the success of campaigns, while managing time effectively within a part-time schedule.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about brand development and community engagement, even within a part-time framework.

7. Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
