Role Summary:

**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Lead and manage and digital initiatives across the Group (e.g. SIMS);

Collaborate and support the team in sustainability related initiatives e.g. sustainability reporting and digitalization initiatives;

Manage Apical Group’s sustainability data (environment, HR, HSE, traceability, NDPE IRF etc.);
- Ensure comprehensiveness, accuracy, quality and timely availability of the data
- Support sustainability team on data collection and consolidation;
- Engage with data owners and coordinate data collection activities;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders/consultants on data collation and external audit

Monitor and analyse developments in sustainability (peers, regulations, reporting standards);

Support Business Units team with any requests e.g. data, queries;

Support initiatives development in relation to sustainability roadmap and strategies;

Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or other equivalent higher-level training in Information Technology/System, Environment/Sustainability or Business, related disciplines;
- 3+ years of work experience, ideally with experience in sustainability/reporting/accounting
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills
- Strong knowledge and skills in system development and data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
- Organized and meticulous, good sense of responsibility and willing to learn;
- Positive and pleasant personality;
- Proficient in English (written and verbal). Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is an added advantage
