**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in (Japanese or Korean) and English, both verbal and written, is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Previous experience in a BPO/customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
