**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- Collaborate with developers to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide training and support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and work with the project team to mitigate them.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to functional consulting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst, preferably in [industry/domain].
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar are a plus.

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month
