Requirement:

- SPM, STPM or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as administrative or similar role with 2 or 3 years’ experience
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team player as he/she will be working with Trail Capabilities Dept.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record-keeping, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Preparing and formatting reports, memos, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Others information:

- Contract 1 year
- Attire is office attire (Monday-Thursday), & Casual attire (Friday)
- Working from Monday-Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
