Working hours are 10am - 6pm. Monday to Friday.

**Your duties include**:

- Manage in-coming and out-going documentation and calls
- Providing secretarial support to Director
- Prepare Quotations/Invoices/ Delivery Orders
- Oversee Admin tasks and daily office operations
- stock management & office maintenance
- basic bookkeeping for office supplies & maintenance expenses
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and events.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.

This role will get you involved in the overall operations of the office departments - Admin, Order Management & Customer Service.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with good interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
- Secretarial or Admin: 2 years (required)
