**Responsibilities**:
- Reception and front desk duties - answer phone calls, support visitors and meeting arrangements as and when required;
- Assist in personnel related issue - annual leave/payslip/staff welfare;
- Assist the Senior Officer in matters pertaining logistics, flight booking, travel and workshop arrangements for GEC events/workshop/seminar as and when required;
- Assist the Senior Officer in liaising with insurance provider for medical, travel, PA and event insurance as and when required;
- Order and oversee office supplies such as stationeries and pantry, office equipment and other general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, binding and etc.; and
- Maintaining good filing system for Finance and Admin Department, employee list and contact database.
