- Perform front office reception duties to maintain a positive company image.
- Greet and welcome visitors, notifying relevant personnel of their arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents.
- Liaising with agents and principal companies’ admins in company's core businesses on matters related to administrative.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
- Managing and upkeep of reception area.
