**Job description**
- Responsible managing the front office reception and administrative duties.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Schedule meetings or appointments.
- Greet guest in a good and polite manner and handle guests needs and complaints.
- Handle incoming and outgoing letters and parcels.
- Assist in planning, preparation and execution of company's events and activities.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk
- Able to perform other task as per instructed.
**Requirements**:
- Possess SPM/ A Level/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Have at least 1 year experience as receptionist.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
- Good time management, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
**Working Hours**: 9am-5pm
**Company Location**: No. 705, Block A, Mentari Business Park, Jalan Pjs 8/5, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya Selangor Malaysia

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
