**Responsibilities**:

- Attends to all incoming calls and routes calls appropriately to pertinent individuals.
- Sorts all incoming mail/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
- Handle walk-in at the reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings and clear directions and addressing them appropriately.
- Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues.
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Good customer service attitude with pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional and tidy appearance.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Must have own transport

**Others (Salary range)**:

- For Diploma holders: RM2,300
- For Degree holders: RM2,500
- With experience: Negotiable

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
