1. Reception Duties:

- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

2. Administrative Support:

- Providing general administrative support such as typing, copying, and filing documents.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with quotation and invoicing.
- Supporting other departments or team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Education : Minimum qualification of SPM
- Office Location: Our office is conveniently located near the Kelana Jaya LRT station, providing easy accessibility for commuting.
