Working days: 5.5 days

To assist in the daily administration of the front office and customer service

1. To handle daily incoming calls

2. Meet and greet customers, guests and visitors

3. Basic receptionist duties

4. Monitoring of customer contact area

5. To provide support to the superior:

- a) Implementation of administration task.

b) Checking stocks and inventories for pantry.

c) Preparing drinks and snacks to customers’ as and when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or any equivalent is required.
- Fresh grad are welcome
- At least one-year work experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organization and time management skills.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
