**Key Responsibilities**:
To maintain accurate ABOs/APCs data management
- Ensure the ABOs/APCs profile is well updated
- Updates & reports on cases handling
- Ensure a proper filing of documents in modern way(digitalize)

ABOs/APC & Customers satisfaction
- Correspondence via myhelpdesk to be replied within deadline of 2 working days.
- Maintain relationship with ABOs/APCs by assisting and listen to their needs.

- To perform UAT on the enhancement to ensure its working fine before launch.
- To resolve the enquiry/ cases within 2 workings day upon receive.
