**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To support Sales Team, handle paperwork and processing order with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- To process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices.
- Carry out some admin task
- To manage logistic support.
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years working experience in the related field
- Good in MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
- Results oriented person, multitasking, good time management skills, energetic, well organized, highly responsible, honest and patience.
- Aggressive, with learner mindset & able to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
