Position : Sales Coordinator cum Admin
Company Background: distributor of industrial & commercial suppliers
Working Location : Subang Jaya
Working Hours: 9am~6pm (Mon ~ Fri)
~Welcome Fresh Graduate~

Job Responsibilities:

- Administrative support to inside/outside of Sales Representatives.
- To assist in issuing customer’s quotation.
- To manage purchase orders received from customers.
- To monitor low stock position.
- To assist with quarterly overall stock checks.
- To assist After-Sales service documentation (e.g: finalized signed DO by customers, warranty claim, TDO etc)
- To liaise with transport/logistics partners for delivery arrangements.
- To assist with import/export documentation & goods arrangement. documentation.

Job Requirement:
Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year working experience in a related field.
- **Fresh Graduated is welcome**
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.Excel
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and mature personality
