**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To monitor and coordinate scheduling for new installation.
- To organize order form and generate Sales Order for all new order received.
- To liaise with salesperson or customer for installation appointment.
- To coordinate with technician on daily installation job, to ensure job completed timely and accurate payment received from technician.
- To issue necessary documentation for all new and existing installation or services complaints (Invoice/DO/Job Sheet).
- To ensure payment received match with the invoice issued before submit to Accounts Department (D/O marking after job done).
- To liaise with branches or showroom admin on the inter-branch arrangement (stock transfer/installation).
- To monitor on the returned stock by technician and issue Goods Returned Note (GRN) to be submitted to warehouse.
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field covering customer service, sales coordination, sales support.
- Must have strong business acumen, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, multi-task and ability to work well in a team.
- Organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
