**Property Coordinator (Sales & Admin)**
(No Sales Target, Work Coordination only)
Property Coordinator is to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by **supporting** Property Sales team, **coordinating** show unit activities, and **maintaining** good customer relationships.
This position responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating closely with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate show unit appointment activities by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and up-to-date support material.
- Assign viewing appointments to appropriate team, track status & viewing progress, ensure schedules & productivity are handled efficiently.
- Inputting property enquiries & appointments into schedules, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Schedule timely viewing scheduling and ensuring all parties are kept informed
- Be the primary customer & staff contact person, and liaison officer for all the service work bookings
- Prepare tenancy agreements, process refunds & renewal of contracts, liaise closely with owners and tenants on the availability of units.
- Follow up on any property booking/ deposit made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost and schedule best suited for them. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Maintain sales records, produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a property admin/ property management or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus (at least 3-4 years of experience)
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadline.
