**Location**: Sime UEP Industrial Park, Subang Jaya

**Job Summary**:
Undertake Sales administrative tasks and Documentation, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The Sales Admin will include general quotation, support in sourcing pricing and documentation for both Sales + ISO.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Support Sales staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Support in Costing and Document procedures.
- Create, update records and sales databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track on Quoted Quotation Status.
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Experiences in Sales administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles (relevant to Sales costing)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
