Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Assist in managing client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Support Account Management Activities:

- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategic account plans.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
- Monitor and track client account metrics and performance.
- Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to clients.
- Client Onboarding:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research to understand market trends and client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
